No spa, pool was empty, air conditioning didn’t work in our room so had to move. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. Our door key didn’t work but we had to report it three times before it was fixed. Very tired and run down building eg. A cupboard in the restaurant area had a door held on with sellotape . The water dispenser wasn’t replaced in the restaurant area. But the staff were really helpful fixing the things they could fix and helping us with flight information. Across the road is a great gelato place “La Milana”. Lots of improvements could be made at this hotel.

Good Hotel

No problem here.Good room size with window which could be opened.Window gave view of Vincom shopping centre.Buffet breakfaxt correct.Hotel restaurent good value and better than the food in the Vincom centre. Hotel is clean with a friendly and helpful staff.Also ,the bathroom had a window,which is pleasant and unusual these days.

It was a bad decision to stay in this hotel as the Air Con was not working and the overall housekeeping was very bad. Also, the food in restaurant was no where nearer to the 4 stars of the hotel.

A fair hotel

The hotel room was slightly smaller and less luxurious than the pictures had suggested. In the bathroom, the shower was too narrow. It was also equipped with different options that I did not feel necessary. A larger shower would have been definitely preferred. The equipment in the main room (TV and TV channels, kettle, safety box) was not in excess but satisfactory. The bed was comfortable and the room had a sufficient light level. A larger desk and a comfortable chair (not a stool) would ease desk work. The breakfast was pleasing with good and various choices. Overall, it was a stay at reasonable price and with fair services. Last but not least, the hotel is well located in the city centre.

Comfortable stay for business

Hotel was clean, and convenient to several business areas. Location across street from Vicom shopping center made for convenient access to shopping and decent restaurants. While busy roads make walking a challenge, nearby park is worth a visit. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and arrangement of car from and to airport reduced local travel concerns.

Nice hotel next to the Vincom mall.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, deluxe rooms are nice with windows facing the bubbling street. Opposite Vincom Mall so easy to get back by taxi. Would suit if visiting people in Hanoi.

Nice honest hotel

The hotel is maybe not ideal for the tourist (especially the first time one). However, for me it offers an affordable and comfortable place to stay. There are plenty of dining options around here including at the nearby Mall (Vincom towers). The staff are pleasant and service very good, especially for Hanoi.

観光目的で利用しました。旧市街から少し離れてますが、喧騒を少し離れた下町情緒ある地区で、宿泊は正解でした。目の前にはショッピングセンターがあり、中にコンビニスーパーや一通りの飲食がまとまってます。日本がらみの料理店やカラオケも立ち並んでます。建物は古いですが調度はこだわっていて清潔。他の方のレビューにもありますが、シャワーの出がそこまで良くないです。シャワールームの構造上仕方ないのかな…？ 朝食は必要十分で美味しかったです。所々ドア関連の締まりが悪い、毎日早朝から別フロア？工事音が鳴り響いて起こされるなど、完成度は高いホテルなのに惜しいなと思いました。

5泊の予定で泊まりましたが、初めに案内された部屋が狭くまたシャワーも少ししか温水もでないので、フロントに連絡すると、翌朝、空いている広い部屋に交換してくれました。近くには歩いて行ける日本食レストラン、夜は日本人向けのカラオケ、バーなどがあり、便利な場所な場所だと思いました。

日本居酒屋など和食が食べられるお店が多いです。 日本のテレビ番組がほぼ見れましたので長期滞在が快適でした。 冬だからなのか？シャワーの水圧が弱いのが難点でした。
