Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I very rarely leave reviews of this nature but I thought this warrants this one. Firstly, I'll start with the positives the hotel is centrally located with a nice reception area and cafe/gym located in the hotel which appear to be well equipped. The reception staff member I dealt with was very helpful and offered us alternative options either a room change or refund for our stay. The cleaning staff also assisted us in navigating the strange layout of the Hotel inside.
The room we were given was extremely disappointing. It smelt terribly off and it was also attempted to be disguised with a diffuser. The room also presented with a seedy vibes (massage chair, no fresh air etc). The cleanliness and age of the Hotel was very evident as you walked down the hallways and accessed the room. There was an undercover car park however this was not secured as a side door entrance was accessible without a secure FOB key. The outside car park leading into this secure car park was extremely tight with very little room for parking or unloading a bag.
Unfortunately I couldn't recommend this Hotel.
