The room is old and smells like old wet furniture. I must I still did not mind as we were out most of the times and staff at reception were really good and helpful. However, on our last day, we spotted a rat coming out near the fridge in the midnight, this was spotted by my partner and she was extremely scared and disgusted, as we had our clothes placed in the cabinet near the fridge. We did not go to report immediately as it was too late and we were very tired and were checking out at 11 in the morning. I have reported this to the reception while checking out, he was kind enough to acknowledge my concern and even provide a carpark waiver, however, I feel this incident has made us feel so disgusted and it shouldn’t happen on a holiday.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet

The room was very clean but it felt very dark compared to the online photos and the room I was in faced an office block...never rely on photos to guide your expectations for the type of room you are allocated! The staff weren't very welcoming or approachable.the location was great and if you are looking for a place to stay with no frills and is clean.this place is for you..

The art theme is nice, the hotel was very clean and while the cleaning products had a very strong smell they smelled nice.

All staff were so lovely, hotel was perfect clean and food was also delicious.

Room clean and tidy, amazing shower makes up for small bathroom! Bed comfy, had nice balcony area but weather wasn’t kind to us to be able to use it!
