Trust us, Hague is the kinda place that's worth calling in your annual leave for. You'll find it in New York, a popular region filled with envy-inducing rivers, lakes, mountains and rocky coastline. Need we go on?

If you head 95 kilometres of Hague, you'll come across the significant city of Montpelier.

Take a short trip to Ticonderoga, 11 kilometres away. Once you've arrived, you should head straight for Fort Ticonderoga.

Spend at least a few hours enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze and soaking up the views at North Beach or Veterans Memorial Park Beach.

Craving some time in the natural world? Jump in the car and head out to Lake George Dog Beach, 40 kilometres from Hague. Alternatively, soak up some sunshine at Prospect Mountain, 40 kilometres away.
