- Dolphins can usually be spotted in the bay behind house in the early afternoon (1200 to 1600), please do not feed the birds (seagulls, pelicans and cranes).
Only 4 blocks South to the beautiful beaches with public access! Nearby Airports include: Pensacola, FL (90 mins), Mobile, AL (90 mins) and Gulfport- Biloxi, MS (2 hours).
- Sassy Bass market and restaurant is located approximately 3 miles up main road going East (passed it coming in) and Tacky Jacks Restaurant and Bar is located just under 2 miles down main road going West in the marina.
- Fort Morgan is just under 3 miles West of house and is a historic Civil War site that you may want to tour
- Ferry crossing located at Fort Morgan to visit Dauphin Island either by car of on foot.
This home is pet friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. No other pets allowed. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-35 lbs or less.
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the home.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
