The breakfast was continental daily, so for a week stay and a person who doesn't eat pork, ham or bacon , My breafast choice was limited to 1 or 2 things daily. There wasn't a consistency in meal taste at the buffet. The weekend chef were good. A la carte. Tex- Mex and Mediterranean was good. Bed was comfy room was cleaned daily but the black out blind was molded and stained. Can't say it wasnt washed as it smell okay but it needs to be replaced. Some areas of the buffet needs cleaning. The omellette grill area in the buffet and Wall behind it., Vents etc but otherwise most things were clean to the naked eye. I would recommend single packaging than scooped jars for the tea area as i witnessed a lick amd dip from a child. It is a family resort and kids are not always monitored so the hotel need to keep in mind they are not that keen on hygienic practices. 24 hours food though meals are repetitive and not big in variety

This place was the worst!!! I been to many resorts in punta Cana and they always have you make reservations for the time you’re staying with them when you check in this resort makes you wake up at 7:30am to make reservations daily and the food is not even good it’s actually the same buffet food. The buffet food was disgusting there was flies everywhere on the food they didn’t have a big selection the pool was dirty the rooms they only give you two towels and when you try to ask for more since there’s 4 of us staying we were told they were none available which I never heard of then I asked to speak to the manager since they said they’re reservations were all booked up and Najeli told me she was not available and could not share the managers name with me which made no sense she was extremely rude about it and gave us no options. We traveled from Boston and we will never come here again! The customer service was horrible and the place needs to be shut down at this point! No one should be offered food with flies all over it. If you want a good place the grand palladium in punta Cana never disappoints.

What I liked about this hotel were the workers who were super friendly and kind. They were always helpful and charismatic. The beach was beautiful and calm and the food during breakfast time was delicious. I had to knock off a couple stars because of some design and structural flaws in my actual hotel room. For example, there was only one light near the bathroom sink and it located above and behind me when facing the mirror, making putting on make-up or doing anything there, extremely difficult. Additionally, the door that connected my room to the one next to it was extremely thin and I could hear the first next to me as clear as day. Lastly, the main door frame had spaces in between where

We stayed a total of 3 days and 3 nights - our AC was dripping condensation through the first night, and flooded our floor and soaked one of our suitcases and ruined our clothing. It took an entire day for the staff to come and take a look at it, and they didn’t bother to switch our room for our inconvenience. Also, housekeeping not only didn’t clean our room when they came, they actually left it dirtier than before they came through. It was almost like they dumped the mop water in our shower and just left the grime and dirt from the bucket all over our shower floor. And, it took two whole days to get a fresh set of towels. Most of the staff here was dismissive and unbothered, there are a few gems amongst the bartenders that will really cater to your needs and are super friendly. The woman in charge of the dinner reservations (Nelly) was extremely rude and condescending - making obtaining a dinner reservation next to impossible. The main pool with the swim up bar is putrid - it smells like garbage and is extremely cloudy from everyone peeing in it, and the hotel is not cleaning it on a regular basis - stick to the beach. If I were you, I’d find a different all inclusive resort to stay at.

Very average property, needs renovations! Toilet barely flushed and the shower head was broken. Power goes out often. Doors have a gap at the bottom leaving room for lizards and random critters to come in your room. Spa is not included (additional costs).

El personal es muy amable, la comida muy promedio, en verdad la comida no me gustó. Tienen opción de restaurantes sin embargo si vas por una noche no tendrás oportunidad de reservar en los restaurantes debido a que estas reservar se hacen en la mañana, día anterior por lo tanto si llegas por una noche, el check in es a las 3:00 pm y ya muy tarde para reservar en los restaurantes. La piscina se veía turbia el agua. Muchas personas para el tamaño. Las instalaciones son un poco pequeñas para mi gusto por una sola noche y me aburrí. Visite con mi madre, hermana y dos niñas menores. Los tragos son malos😓 La habitación muy limpia, y espaciosa. La puerta al balcón no cerraba bien y estábamos en el primer piso😕 Mi experiencia a lo mejor no tenga que ser la suya, pero aquí la compartí con toda honestidad. No regresaría
