All of the workers were very happy with a smile and greeted you by the beach, pool, restaurant, coffee shop everywhere you were. Always asking if they could assist. Beautiful view and very clean.

Not very happy with the service provided from the front desk staff, seems like they are looking to juice you of all your money. However the cleaning staff is great and helpful. The hotel room was overall clean with some minor issues with the ac leaking onto the floor. The food provided by the hotel is subpar, could use a lot of work in that area

Wrong room, bad food and mean service!!!!

It was not what I expected from an all inclusive resort. From the check in and not getting the room I paid for, to the food being unappetizing and limited options, to the wait-staff on the last night making me feel as if I was bothering them and giving me one cup of juice to share with my daughter. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The house keeping staff was kind and considerate. The front desk and towel staff were horrible and rude. They were kind upon arrival then rude any other time I had to talk to them. I accidently left my towel on the beach chair and a staff member took it. When I asked for a new one they said it would be 20 usd. I refused to pay so I continued my trip with no towel. My bed sheets were dirty with dirt, there were ants every where, bird poop everywhere. I swear the pool was not cleaned in the whole 10 days I was there. The beach had garbage all over it. The food was mediocre at the buffet. But the tex mex restaurant was fabulous! Room cleaning staff and bell hops were amaxing. Restaurant staff was also very kind.

The room was excellent. Food was good but the buffet could have more options. The majority of the staffs were friendly and helpful with the exception of the supervisor Juan who was in charged of the Mediterranean restaurant the night of Wednesday June 18. He treated me and my husband badly. I deleted this resort to celebrate my birthday and I have to eat at the buffet restaurant because Juan couldn’t accommodate us even though the restaurant had empty tables that night.

Late check in, no towels, we booked ocean view and finally got a room after 4 days, constantly had diarrhea, flies all over the food, no air conditioner in dining area, no refounds for the days of no ocean view, dirty towels were taken but no clean towels given so again we come back from the ocean and can’t take a shower to rinse off the salt because no towels. Overall horrible experience and I do not recommend this resort to anyone
