Real Inn in my opinion needs to do some renovation in the lobby and perhaps replacing tile in the bathroom. However, the service and staff are truly amazing. Yes I would stay there again. I am a person impressed with the look of the lobby in a hotel. I must admit though, throughout my many travels, sometimes the best, fancy looking hotels, do not offer excellent customer service. The Real Inn in Guadalajara does.

I do not recommend this hotel. It seems like they offer this specific room to people who booked through a third party. I booked the executive suite and it was not worth it.

The place had a lot of issues. Very old looking like. Smelly and the bathroom toilet was very dirty. The door glasses inside the bathroom were stain. We spoke to the manager but only choose to stay there one night. Even though we pay for two night. My dad had a medical procedure. Did not wanted to come back to the hotel.
