The only thing that I don't like of this hotel the equipment of the gym is not working properly need maintenance or replacement and the ice maker is not working too.

Las puertas del cuarto no cerraban bien y se oía ruido exterior. Las puertas de la ventana tenían una cadena dado que no funcionaban las cerraduras. Los cajones tenían calcetines del huésped anterior.

Real Inn in my opinion needs to do some renovation in the lobby and perhaps replacing tile in the bathroom. However, the service and staff are truly amazing. Yes I would stay there again. I am a person impressed with the look of the lobby in a hotel. I must admit though, throughout my many travels, sometimes the best, fancy looking hotels, do not offer excellent customer service. The Real Inn in Guadalajara does.
