Book Greenacres hotels

They have done an amazing job of renovating this hotel to a four star resort. Beautiful all around from the gardens, pools, hot tubs and great jogging, biking,paved trails along the river. Osprey restaurant is very nice with decent menu and outdoor dining as well. This is the place to stay in Spokane. Been here several times and all good experiences.

Have been coming here for decades. Ever since Marriott took it over, it's lost the luster and appeal that made it a great place to stay. Always understaffed. You are placed on hold forever (if the phone is even answered) to order room service or contact the front desk. Management has an I-don't-care attitude. We are saying goodbye and will start to try other hotels in the area.

Great deal for a higher end hotel, no breakfast included. Clean and modern, a great deal.

The swimming pool is very cool and the staff are great, too.

Almost everything was great. The only small hangups was the drive into the location had a rundown Sherri’s that had been closed for decades. It didn’t give us an inviting appeal. It should be bought and demolished. The other small thing. We had been on the 4th floor, the top. Everything was clean and perfect. Room, spotless. I’m not sure if it was a roof until or what, but all night long I listened to a harmonic hum start for 10 seconds off for 10 seconds or so……. All night long. Yes, you had to listen for it, but I live in the country, so these sounds can be annoying.
