Overall good ...but...

Overall good but there were a few annoying details. The waterslide is only open when lifeguard is on duty.... but no info on when that is. The pillows on the bed are half the size of normal pillows. So bizarre and uncomfortable. Only one nightstand Microwave is "communal" in a hallway Lack of elevators & the one is tiny tiny. We paid for a late check out but room service was knocking & asked when w were leaving (do they not pass this info on to them?!) No menu in room even though they have a restraunt & bar. Would of been nice to know what was offered.

Staff at check-in counter had low customer service skills. My room was literally over 2 football fields away from lobby check in. No microwave in room; there was a shared microwave in hallway. Elevator was small and barely fit the luggage caddy. Hallway outside my door was loud after midnight. Hotel doesn't offer free toiletries if you forgot something. No continental breakfast. Room was very clean though with comfortable bed and pillows.
