Only 1 blanket on the bed, no amenities, I have a very bad knee and I was put on the second floor, but no elevators to use. No coffee pot, no clock, no shampoo, the heater is very loud also. The carpets are filthy. I asked for a broom to sweep my room but the housekeeper had no idea as to what I was asking for.. plus was charged a $50.00 deposit before I was allowed in the room. Will never stay there again.

Dangerous lack of maintenance; there was an open electrical box with exposed wires next to the bed. Unpleasant odor throughout, dirty common areas, and a room that has seen better days. It was bad enough that I wouldn't stay here again, much less recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . Was able to get moved to a different room right away due to loud barking dog . New room also had a dog across the hall but only barked when he was being taken outside . Would not have been able to handle the first room . Was great hot water that never went down . Good heat but not the cleanest . Was also lots of door slamming going on at times . I guess they have a lot of homeless people that stay there extended but no problems . Did find one bug . No roach .

I couldn’t imagine when I first arrived at a hotel for $51 a night could amount to anything other than suspicious characters, overt drug abuse, and cockroaches that will try you for your honey bun. But this was nothing like that, this hotel is probably one of the quietest, cleanest, quaintest hotels I’ve stayed at in Wisconsin. The staff listen and addressed your concerns promptly. They don’t come knocking on your door at 9:30 asking if you’re staying or leaving I recommend it fully and completely.
