The hotel failed to meet fundamental standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational management. Mold/Water Damage: Black mold and severe water deterioration visible on the bathroom ceiling and walls (see attached photos). This is a direct health hazard. Filth & Debris: The shower contained excessive debris and apparent pest activity, reflecting a total breakdown of housekeeping and sanitation protocols. Rust and Corrosion: Multiple fixtures showed heavy rust and corrosion, confirming chronic neglect. Smoking & Air Quality: The hallways were saturated with marijuana smoke, directly violating the non-smoking policy. The smell was masked by an overpowering chemical odor, rendering the air noxious. Noise & Security: Paper-thin walls, unmanaged noise, and questionable guest behavior compromised rest and personal safety.

I experienced extremely poor service and a lack of professionalism during my recent stay. My vehicle was damaged in their parking lot overnight. Here are the issues I encountered: Delayed Response: It took two full days to finally speak with a manager regarding the incident. Lack of Investigation: When I finally spoke to him, the manager simply stated he could not "find any footage," offering no further assistance or empathy. Ignored Refund Request: I sent an email requesting a partial refund due to the poor communication and service failure, but received no response. Avoidance: Subsequent attempts to contact the manager via phone calls were met with staff reporting he was "in a meeting," and my calls were never returned. The staff and management demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and basic customer care. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere

The room was in good condition, it was clean. The only issue was the bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with straight bleach, causing it hard to go into bc the smell was so so so strong. We had to run the water to help get the smell down. The bed squeaked any time you moved. It was hard to sleep.

Positives: Easy on/off access from/to oneida and shopping. Nice creception area with both good decaf and caf coffee. Quiet and neat and clean. Negative: Pillows bad., no counter/place in bathroom to place toileltries, etc. Drainage not good in shower. No coffee creamer in room but Good coffee in reception atea. Check in took 30" because system down. Had to call tech sppt which caused long delay But overall was worth my rate of $77 via expedia. I would stay there again

I liked the pre-check-in process, which made it very easy for us when we arrived. Parking was easy, and taking the bus shuttle to the Packers game saved so much time!

Comfortable beds but the room was in need of updates and it smelled musty- we were in town for a football game at Lambeau Field- there is a free shuttle bus to the game- that and the bed were the only redeeming qualities I could speak of.
