We live staying at this hotel, and have done several times so we know every room virtually. Room wasn’t clean this time, it smelt fusty and there was a hair slide on the floor - whe. Was the last vacuum conducted. The lovely family (noisy) across the landing thought it a good idea to dump all their dirty plates and glasses outside room - bless them. That mess was still there the following morning despite cleaners transiting past. The flusher in the toilet is fire, stated it before the hotel requires a plumbing team in to sort that out.

Comfortable clean rooms with everything you need and good restaurant.

The Junior Suite is an attic room with three beds and a sofa that turns in to a bed. The bathroom is amazing. With bare white walls and only two orange chairs for colour it was very sparse. These chairs were placed to look straight out of the window and the view. Our view was over a field that had the what looked like waste tanks and diggers. To remedy the situation if the room was rearrange so that the corner sofa faced away from the bed. The television was put at the end wall, instead of in the middle of the room, it would make a dedicate lounge area more than just beds in the room. A feature wall with a good pop of colour really would make a difference. Pictures on the walls would be a welcome addition. A standard lamp or table lamp in the living area and side table really would upscale this room and make it feel sumptuous rather than just an attic space with beds in. I would be wary of booking this room as a suite as it doesn’t feel like one. Just a bit of thought and design could make this room an amazing space

Excellent hotel in a decent area with good travel links. Rooms were spotless, air con was great and worked even with the windows open. Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, friendly staff and a cocktail on arrival. Can’t fault it.

Breakfast was good. I was charged twice for my stay, not happy about it. Sent a message to the hotel, no reply
