Beautiful location! Great views from the dining room and bar. Comfy beds and nice staff! The cookies upon check in were delicious!

This is our 3rd of 6 nights here. Clean, quite quiet, helpful staff. Good access to places to eat and outdoor activities. Have a swimming pool but too cold to use it.

I gave it 5 stars but its actually 4.5 stars and there is no option for that. I took half a star just for the fact that the room could be cleaner. Maybe it was just an off day for whomever cleaned it, it happened. Quiet area next to a busy road, but was pretty quiet overnight. There is a pool and a small playground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10min from Gorham, which is where you would need to go to get anything (food, gas, supplies etc). Continental breakfast is offered but I didnt see what was offered, I was gone every morning during the time it was available. Would def stay here again

Hotel room was dirty hair in the shower and around the toilet. Carpet in the hallway needed to be vacuumed. Dust all over the chandeliers was disappointing.?

This is a good place to select, overall it was a pleasant stay and would like to recommend for others as well.

I would recommend considering this property only as a last option. There were several issues during my stay in Room 22 that significantly affected the overall experience: 1. The wooden back support of the bed was broken. Whenever I leaned back against it with a pillow, it shifted toward the wall and felt unstable. 2. The bathroom sink had a severe water clogging issue. I had to call the attendant, and even after that, it was only managed temporarily. 3. The bed covers and blankets did not appear clean and looked dirty. 4. The toilet height seemed unusually low, may be suitable perhaps for a small child, but quite uncomfortable for an adult. Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness standards did not meet expectations.
