My family and I were woken up to a fire alarm at 1am that lasted until aprox 3am. AWFUL. There was no reason or explanation given by staff. We were just passing thru and needed rest for the next day.

So when we arrived the front desk staff very poor on checkin, after getting to our room which was on the 4th floor, the air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep at all, the beds were like sleeping on the ground. Horrible, the shower head shooting all over in the bathroom l, the bathroom door would not stay opened unless it was propped open with something. I have stayed at 1000s of Marriott Properties all over the world and this property I would never stay at again. And I would not recommend anyone else to either. Sorry for the bad review but I only speak the truth.

Immediate booking when sister property accidentally cancelled our reservation! Manager on site helped us get booked and offered us food and drinks while we figured out what was going on with their sister property. So glad it worked out to where we stayed here instead the night prior to our flight!

Not a good experience.

Our key card didn’t work. We had to have the staff let us in every time. It took a long time for the hot water to come on. The pool was not available. The nearby hotel didn’t have a working hot tub. The breakfast was outrageously expensive. I will not be staying here again.

Reserved this property a while ago and was a bit disappointed for several reasons. The room was dark and a bit dingy. My room was next to the elevator and we heard noise from the elevator. The price we paid was almost $100 more than what is currently advertised!! How do you explain that?
