Front desk(manager I believe) was very helpful and friendly

Clean/very good breakfast served at 9 ( late for us)/ Walked Forsyth Park & enjoyed drinks & music at the stylish rooftop cocktail bar above Local 11Ten restaurant after visiting St. John the Baptist Basilica/easy parking on street/will return!

Not much variety for breakfast.

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this motel is an absolute disaster. The room was filthy—no refrigerator, no phone, and a broken, cracked pipe. The outside area was equally disgusting. I’ve uploaded photos to the site to show exactly how bad it is. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

The pictures were misleading. The parking was limited, the outside was sketchy. The sink was clogged and had very poor drainage, the toilet would barely flush, the shower had body hair on the walls, the bathroom towel hooks were barely attached, the shampoo and body wash wall containers were empty, and the bath towels were tiny. After a long day in the city and running around I did NOT look forward to going back there. I will say, the staff were polite and kind but that’s it.
