This is a location we have stayed multiple times. This time was not up to normal standards. Room floor was dirty. Shower water would not get warm enough for a comfortable temp. Pillows were uncomfortable

Not my first time staying at this location. The staff is very nice. Thoroughly disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. Sink in the bathroom was slow to drain, the floors were dirty, and there were hairs in the shower indicating the shower was not cleaned well prior to our arrival.

Room size was barely big enough to walk around the bed. No comfortable place in the room to sit and watch TV. Staff was unfriendly from the start and when we went to check out at 7:10a, no one was at the desk but the note said the front desk person was helping another customer and would be right back. We waited and at 7:30 the next shift came on. Staff didn’t seem real happy to assist us. Pictures are very deceiving. Not worth the money.
