Excellent location within walking distance to the centre of town and across street from a good brew pub. The rooms were large and had a nice traditional heritage feel to them without being dowdy. Friendly staff. The restaurant is only open a few nights a week and was closed when I was there.

We stayed at Novotel Surfers Paradise for 3 nights, the beds were horrible and moving around badly and the bottom side of the beds sliding down, after I spoke to the receptions the manager called me and trying to move us to another room and apologised for the issues .
