Book Girdwood hotels

Room was too hot. Managerial staff was rude while dealing with the situation. No resolution to overheated room. Guest told they had no right to know the hotels process for why the room temperatures were kept so warm. Staff did not respond in a timely manner in dealing with illegal parking by non handicapped in handicapped spots. Spot occupied all day preventing some equal access by handicapped. Once again, managerial staff was rude and slightly adversarial when asked to explain the lack of action. Guest told they had no right to know the company’s process in dealing with such matters. The car never moved most of the day. Weed smoked in common areas with no action taken. Very obvious but will claim they “didn’t know”. Children frequent the areas. No parking dedicated to hotel guests resulting in a “ free for all” atmosphere with guests competing with any members of the public for the limited parking spots next to the hotel. Shameful considering the rates charged for rooms to stay at this location.

Room was clean and beautiful. Very cozy and the manager and assistant manager were both very friendly.

Place was absolutely perfect!! Hot tub was key after a day of skiing fat powder. Beds were super comfy. Tons of bedding and towels and warm blankets. Fireplace was great for drying gear. We had a small minor issue with the hot tub and the response was literally 10 minutes!! Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Would definitely stay again without a doubt.

if you want an ideal place with plenty of room, view, hot tub, short walk to ski lift and excellent host communication, this is it.

If you are looking for Gucci ski resort cabin, this is not your place.If you want a cabin with good vibes that is close enough to walk to for lunch, this is your spot. Diamond on the rough for great basecamp in Girdwood!

Good place to stay comfortable and easy access to all of Girdwood. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Had some issues with the door lock but that was about it.
