Very old and there are some spiders in bath tub. Not worth money. But there is free parking and car is easily accessible. No heaters in main bedroom. Heater in living is not working properly

The air conditioner was not working so had to spend a very uncomfortable night with the window wide open as multiple emergency vehicles went past with lights and sirens operating. A very restless night!

Check in was great. Allowed me to access the room earlier and she was helpful. However, on entry to the room it was filthy. A large hairball in the entry, shower was black with mould and the door to the shower was broken so barely hanging on. The top part of the shampoo holder fell off and missed my toe by centimetres. The towels were threadbare (could literally see through them) and the bed sheets were so hard they were crispy. The curtains were missing most of their hooks so we were awake at sunrise due to the light. We had to dodge a collection of trolleys leading up the stairs and piles of rubbish. And to top off the experience, there was a family of pigeons who spent the entire night doing what pigeons do...loudly.

This is our go to hotel now when we visit Geelong. Perfect location, spotlessly clean and has everything we need. We did have a glitch with power this visit (there is a sign requesting not to use kettle with toaster etc which we ensured) but the staff were very helpful.
