Our whole trip was amazing. The staff was so friendly. Rooms were very clean, easy access to shopping and restaurants They have a trolley that's free that will take you to Pigeon forge. The only thing I had a complaint about was when buying alcohol at the bar. The tax they charge you for alcohol is like 22% which is outrageous. Would definitely go back and I highly recommend.

Great place to stay

We chose to stay here because it had everything we would need during a stay. The staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable, the food at the restaurant was good especially the jerk chicken bowl, and the location is perfect. It is walking distance to everything around town. When I asked a maintenance worker about cleaning the balcony he cleaned it pretty quickly so we could enjoy it.

AMAZING!! I love this hotel chain. The pool is amazing and being able to order food and drinks poolside is awesome. The beds are comfy. The rooms are clean and very large. The best part though is the rain shower. Staff is so friendly and helpful as well
