Staff were okay. No enthusiasm or whatsoever and just literally gave us the welcome paper and that's it. Restaurant staff were slightly better as they were a bit more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was basic and dry. We wanted to swim and use the pool with our baby but weren't allowed as they told us that there's only a time allowed for babies, however this wasn't explained to us upon checking in and a bit of consideration and 'hospitality' could go a long way as we requested that even a quick lounge would really be appreciated but nothing. Again, dry communication.
