We were there for a dance competition and it was convenient to stay at the same place the competition was at. We loved the hotel and all of its unique features! Everyone was so nice. The outdoor pool was heated and spacious.

Moody is a mood

Tower 1 - FLEAS in the room! Yes FLEAS - Tower 1 6th floor. Had to beg to be moved to another room. Tip: PETS and PET LOVERS should have designated rooms away from the general public. Tower 1 - OVER PRICED Tower 1 - Too far from parking TOTAL waste of time and money. REFUND me my money …please. The only competent compassionate hotel staff are Roshonda and Dawn.

I expressed my concerns to management and they responded unapologetic. Also there was a random charge for valet parking when we parked in the open parking. I would recommend that when you stay there you get a receipt when you check out.
