Cons: 1. Door handle wouldn’t work without forcing it back up to lock. 2. Microwave didn’t work. 3. Asked the front desk for 3 towels for the second of our 2 night stay, they told me they couldn’t give them to me at the desk and would have to have house keeping bring them. They didn’t bring any and then went to the desk in the morning and a different person got them for me from the office right behind him. 4. An outlet by the bed looked like it had been pried off the wall as well as the shower fan in the bathroom. Pros: 1. location and access to beach was amazing 2. Breakfast was amazing 3. Parking was very easy 4. Great proximity to everything

Room 404 tub and shower faucet continue to run and drip all thru the night even when I check in at 4pm. The door lock continues to get stuck while locking it. Continental breakfast was okay.,Close to 61st to go back home.

People that worked the lobby desk were not friendly. The hallways and elevators were totally dirty and gross. The pool looked like someone had pissed in it. The bath towels were a joke more like hand towels instead of bath towels and very rough on the skin. Had to go the lobby desk twice to get my key card reactivated. The so-called breakfast area was really bad always overcrowded and nowhere to sit and the food was very Gross. Just saying the internet ads were very misleading and the reviews are fake. Never again ever...
