Room was clean. Had to ask twice for extra blanket and towels. Water pressure in sink and toilet very low to the place toilet didn't flush and very few channels on TV. Elevator didn't work on last day and standing water in hallway entire stay.

The staff was great. Entrance area and front of hotel looks good. At 4:00 in the morning woken up to what sounded like someone coming through the ceiling. Bath tub wasn’t cleaned properly. I’m not sure if my room just wasn’t located on a good part of the property. There were a lot of people staying at this time so very busy.

Staff was nice. Doc Holliday’s Roadhouse is next door and an easy walk for dinner. The hotel breakfast was good. The birds are loud. You can hear everything outside while in your room.

The breakfast menu was limited, but adequate. The room old needed updating from early 2000s! I requested a handicapped accessible room with walk-in shower, the clerk assured me I had one. What I got was a bathtub shower with a handicap bench, sitting outside the bathtub. I left on a seven day cruise, parked on the property & returned to find three tires on my car! The hotel GM left a message on my voicemail while I was out at sea asking me if I had taken the tire off as a precaution? Who does that? the manager of the hotel next-door told him about the damage. to add insult to injury, the manager of the hotel was very rude and unprofessional unhelpful!

Its an older dated Motel so we didn't expect much because the location was excellent for our needs. It was above expectations and the breakfast was really good. ALL of the staff was super nice. We would absolutely stay there again.
