Book Gaggino hotels

This hotel is part of a large chain and should follow a certain quality standard, but my experience was disappointing. The towels were torn and far too thin for what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The pillows were extremely soft, and there were no alternative pillow options available in the room. There were two of us staying in the room, but only one pair of slippers was provided. I only stayed for one night to rest between flights and was expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

Terrible hotel. My mattress was old, and I ended up sleeping while sliding into a concave dip in the middle of it. The towels were awful. I requested the “to go” breakfast for 5 AM (as suggested by a sign at the reception), since I would be leaving before the hotel’s breakfast service started, but there was no breakfast box waiting for me. On top of that, the room’s light switches didn’t work properly and I had to sleep with the lights on. A total nightmare.
