Gorgeous villa on a beautiful property. The staff were delightful and super welcoming. My key didnt work initially and the staff member who helped me with my bags arranged for a replacement. It was ready and wanting for me when i came down to reception for dinner. This is definitely the place to escape lifes busy-ness and relax.

The staff at this elegant property whisked me on and off their airport shuttle and into my room. Outdoor seating provided a shady place to relax with a snack. The villa is about three minutes from the airport, and the shuttle was reliable.

Many reviews mention how close to the airport yet how quiet and remote it feels. I have to agree. Perfect place to rest up after a hectic flight schedule. Then there is the restaurant that serves outstanding meals. Excellent service with friendly staff.

Overall, this is a very charming hotel to stay at. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very good. Food from room service was above okay… but they did deliver something to our room that wasn’t ordered and then charged us for it, but the staff took it off at checkout which was good customer service. However, the beds were just okay, there was not much in terms of dining options and anything within the surrounding area, it cost to take the shuttle to and from the airport, and they shut the air conditioning off at night!!! Yep, you read that right…. My entire family woke up sweating in the middle of the night because our AC wasn’t blowing cold air. We thought it broke, but come to find out in the morning THEY TURN OFF THE AC DURING CERTAIN HOURS OF THE NIGHT TO DSVE MONEY!!! Would not have stayed here knowing that… would stay at the airport and pay the extra money next time. Would not stay here again and would not recommend. For me to stay here again they would need to run the AC all night, allow for cooler temps, and at least offer free shuttle knowing there is nothing immediately around.

A fabulous Villa with a lovely pool so close to the airport. The towels could be fluffier and the mattress pad on the bed felt like plastic. The staff were extremely accommodating from the van driver to the lady at check in and the gentleman at checkout. The restaurant servers were all very accommodating and friendly. It’s a perfect place to stay as you start or finish your visit to Milano.

Very poor check in - At check in we were not informed we must make dinner reservations in order to dine and we're later turned away because of that. We were not informed were the pool was and how to navigate the difficult location - even as we were given towels following our check in. And the air conditioner absolutely could not keep up. We were literally sweating trying to eat dinner in our room and then as we tried to sleep.

A beautiful hotel. We were only here for one night sadly but lovely place to stay. Very close to airport with shuttle service available. Room was very spacious and modern. Good size shower and bathroom. Area very quiet. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool an added extra bonus. Would definitely stay here again. For longer next time. Would be easy to get into Milan city as train station located at airport five minutes drive away.
