Staff was amazing; place was wonderfully clean; breakfast was fabulous; and the staff at breakfast were all very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return in about 2 1/2 weeks. However, it’s clear the hotel is working to improve. Our room had cracked glass on the outside window. The outside of the hotel had paint peeling and the carpet in some places needed to be updated. We were challenged to find the entrance to the hotel. Mark picked up our luggage and he was just amazing in helping to get us out the door! All in all, Richard was ready to take the mattress home except we’re on a 2 1/2 week tour and it just wouldn’t fit in his backpack. He loved it. Thanks so much for a delightful stay; we will be back!

Perfect stay for an early flight. The room is wonderful, big, well appointed, excellent bathroom. The bed: just perfect! Super super confy, perfect pillows. The only thing was that we couldn’t sleep more because of the flight time.

Room and property were nice. Bar and restaurant were convenient. Restaurant meals seemed over-priced. Super convenient to be at the airport. Odd that two of us stayed in the room but there was only one robe and one pair of slippers. Did not sleep well because of noise and door-slamming from other guests. Enormous place (and expensive) yet I still had to put up with stuff like that.

Beautiful property, very comfortable beds and rooms, very quiet surroundings within a 3 min interior walk to departures, great food in both bar and restaurant. Terrace is a comfortable place to sit for drinks or smoking. Staff were helpful, prompt and friendly with both check in and check out.
