It is really great, over what I expected. It is meticulously clean, with extremely convenient room. The location is great, we just walked out of hotel door and were inside terminal 1. At night I ordered a pizza from the bar and picked it up, no service charge. Was delicious. Great option if you like to stay next to airporr

Bathroom facilitites were not working. Toilet ov erflow would not stop,wasting water and sink was clogged. Reported the toilet, a 5 minute fix that lasted 1 hour was performed. After 2 flushes, would not flush again. No alternative room or credit to my account was offered since Iprepaid with Hotels.com. If I ever return to Milan will not use nor recommend this Hotel unles you have a very early flight and not bath or use a bathrooom at all.

This is such convenient easy experience. It would be nice if the sauna stayed on later hours as I wasn’t able to use it. Also the smell in the room was like a nursing home. The sanitation smell is horrible. Please Sheraton find some aromatic natural essence diffuser or change the vendor.

Hotel design is a disaster. One bank of elevators. Most rooms are far, far away from the elevators and with carpeted floors very strenuous to lug your luggage to your room. Horrible experience.
