Everything is great. Downside was it was dusty, smells moldy, and there weren’t any towels for the shower so make sure to bring your own towel if you’re gonna rent this Vrbo.

Clean, but poor located neighborhood

We checked in and the parking area immediately made my family uncomfortable. I had my octogenarian father with me, 2 teenage girls, and 2 school age children under the age of 7.Check in was clear and easy and went according to instructions. The place seemed clean but a little off. So everyone checked the beds extra well. No washer or dryer in this condo. We met up with family and slept ok the first night. The next morning I checked my car over as we were in the middle of a long road trip. My family and I got ready to attend a family event and after an hour between me checking the car and us loading up in the car, the car was tossed for valuables. Two jackets were stolen, a camera, and an opened bag of beef jerky. The second night was reimbursed. But this being marketed as a safe area that you can walk safely is inaccurate. Make your choice to stay here accordingly.

Humble setting

Overall, the stay was fine. We were not disturbed in any way. The condo was cute but needed some updates. Blackout curtains would be nice in both bedrooms where there is a street light right outside the windows that stays on all night. Towels definitely need updated and extra supplies like hand soap need to be on hand. Mattresses were comfortable, but twin bed needs a support board fixed in the 2nd bedroom. Also pillows should be replaced. Might be due to that time of year, but we would recommend a good spraying for bugs--some cockroaches were around. Overall, it worked fine for us--good value for the price.

Nice and quiet place in Fresno

Well located in residential part of the city and close enough to the highways and other main streets for easy travel, this nicely furnished condo was a great place to stay during our visit. The owner was responsive and helpful and the facilities/amenities matched the listing accurately. Recommended, especially for families.
