It was my first time staying at this hotel. Room is very nice. Furnitures looked modern and clean. Carpet smells nice and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very good and some variety. Staff are very nice and accomodating. Only one thing I didn't like is the loud noise coming from the outside of our room. We can hear the constant banging doors from nearby rooms and people talking. The gap at the bottom of the door is wide. I would suggest putting something to close that gap to minimize the noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely stay here again! The room cleanliness could definitely be better tho. There was dirt and hair all over the heater/air conditioner and bathroom floor/shower. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. Especially Bev at the front desk. HK staff all greeted me when I passed by. Lobby looks well kept. Thanks for the stay!

the smoke alarm was flashing - a bit annoying at night. The tub stopper did not work. LOVE the blackout blinds!
