Great hotel, far enough out of the centre to be quiet, close enough to walk to the sites in 20 minutes. Room was charming, shower pressure good, nice towels, good view of the mountains

It was nice as we had luggae leavinghge train station and it was only a 5 min walk. Was still walking distance to the main shps and the downtown. Would defenetely stay ther again.

Great location, very comfortable

Great location. Steps away from the river and easily walkable to all the major sites. Hotel staff is very friendly and there is a wonderful happy hour with a piano player.

We had a great stay. The hotel is very well located close to all attractions, easy to walk to the cathedral and the old bridge. Far enough just to be quiet. Great parking right beside the hotel.

It was an amazing stay however, when we check in, I ask for a room near my sister who was in the 5 th floor. When Antoneete heard my request she came up to the front desk looked at the reservation and said no immediately who she was speaking to the guy checking us in. She didnt even turn around to say hello and welcomed us to the hotel. She clearly didn’t have customer service.

We have stayed at Grand Hotel Adriatico at least three times. The staff is very helpful and professional, the rooms are lovely, and the breakfast is good. The location is a big draw, and despite being very close to the major sites of Florence, the area around the hotel is quiet.

A very friendly welcome and good service. The minibar should be refilled more often. Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine and clean.

The hotel itself was really nice with good breakfasts & dining options, parking onsite was a plus too for some members of our family. The beds could have been more comfortable with choices for feather pillows offered. But overall we were very happy.
