Five Islands Village luxury accommodation

We absolutely loved the room and its set-up! The resort was very quiet but that is what we signed up for after reading the reviews. The food was tasty overall but lacked variety, especially for dinner. Afternoon snacks were kind of pitiful. Wednesday BBQ buffet was our favorite- great flavor and options. Take advantage of the boat ride to green island w Devon. It’s inexpensive and worthwhile just to see the island shortly by boat. When we got to the island we were able to swim w turtles!! Amazing!

Over 10 days I had three rooms every single room had an issue with it. Staff are excellent they have to be as the property is rundown and tired. The beach and pool area is beautiful. The buffet food is abundant not good but abundant acs barely work and the Wi-Fi is intermittent at best.

Overall it was ok, but not great for an all-inclusive property and the price it charges

Wonderful ocean view. Rooms were very clean, romantic. Staff was amazing! Food was phenomenal! Would go back here in a heartbeat.

Property is beautiful, beach is gorgeous, rooms for the Diamond Club and perks are the best. Wouldn’t stay in the resort on any other level. The diamond club butlers are the best! This resort is the most relaxing and provides entertainment nightly. Best restaurant is the steak house! And buffet near by. We went off season! I’m guessing due to this staffing was slim and so some restaurant staff seemed rude and sassy. But they didn’t ruin our mood and relaxation.

Check in to the resort was smooth and seamless. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day! The rooms are super clean. I would change the bathroom amenities because the shampoo and body wash are not great. The pool is amazing and large. I snorkeled in the bay and saw a few fish. The view at night is amazing! The only thing I will say that needs improvement is the food. The restaurant staff are friendly, however, the food is not great. I had two dinners out of the 6 nights there, that I actually enjoyed. It’s all inclusive, but don’t get confused with other all inclusive resorts because at this one, you can’t get multiple dishes. One appetizer, one main, and one dessert. The nicest thing about it, is that it’s sit down service. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
