Beautiful hotel close to cruise port and transit.

If there's something I would recommend to make my review a 5 is to replace their carpet, most specially on the main floor.

Great location within walking distance of Chinatown & darling Harbour. Lots of food & pub options everywhere. Rooms are very spacious.

Centrally located, very helpful and friendly staff. Property needs some TLC, floor carpet in room had multiple stains

Excellent location. Reception staff very helpful but lacked local information which would have been of help i.e short cuts to the piers. Clean all over the hotel but house keeping lacking in our room, i.e not clean the first day. Furing stay, cutlery and linen napkin and glass wasn't taken away to be cleaned until a day later.

Clean, great location, beautiful inside, great staff. Sumi at the bar was helpful and gave us hot water for tea. She was lovely and so were all the other staff members .
