The room was updated and clean. When i booked there were no pictures of the pool so i didnt bring a suit to swim. The QR code guest directory in the room doesn't work. The Galmont is centrally located in Galway, a 5-minute walk from Eyre Square and 14 minutes by foot from Galway Cathedral.
Main issue was that the hotel charges residents for parking. This is just unacceptable. They offer a reduced parking rate for guests but just not good enough. Should be included with room.
