If 'humdrum' is how you'd describe your life at the mo, then it sounds like you need an adventure! Why not book a flight to Eta and lose yourself in the breathtaking beaches, mountains and active volcanos of Kyushu and Okinawa?

It's situated 890 kilometres to the southwest of Tokyo, the capital city of Japan.

Perhaps you'll come across pebbles to skim across the water as you explore along the shore at Momochi Beach.

Take some deep breaths of fresh air and soak up the natural surroundings of Mount Aso. It sits 45 kilometres away from Eta. You can also find some quiet time at Aso National Park, 45 kilometres away.

Stroll around the delightful landscape of Tabaruzaka Park. Swinging by Jagatani Park will also do a world of wonders for both your mind and body.
