This hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located near Kumamoto station. There are many restaurants and shops in the floors below the hotel (lobby in on the 9th floor if I recall correctly). The only inconvenience we experienced was the extra long time laundry takes to dry in the laundry machines available there.

Pros: Located right smack outside the tram station, subway which is really convenient when I arrived from Hakata. The Toyota rent a car is also near the area so easy to pick up. Staffs were friendly, rooms are clean. sufficient amenities like shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. Beside the Amu Plaza which is really convenient for shopping, except that everything closes at 8PM. Bed was really comfortable, I had a good sleep. My room faced the mountain view which I'm grateful for. Cons: Small rooms, I booked Moderate double room and it's really small, I have big luggages so it's a bit squeezy. My room faced the subway station so sometimes you can hear the announcement but it's not very loud but it might be light uncomfortable to people who are very sensitive to sounds.

It is located on the top floor of the shopping center. It is a bit of a trek from the parking garages. The onsen is really nice. Room is very comfortable. Convenient location.

Room, hotel staff and facilities were absolutely brilliant. Beautiful room. A lovely place to stay! The hotel is above a plaza with plenty of shopping and food and right next to Kanazawa station and the Kumamoto Tram. You are slightly away from central Kumamoto so if you’re looking for more local eats and to walk around you have to take the short tram in (or bus)
