Great service, Super clean and comfortable room! The prize is very reasonable in compared to other locations in manhattan but you need to remember this location is not as close to downtown as you might want specially if you want to go out at night still price is completely fair since the subway station is 1 block away from the hotel, you have a starbucks nearby, ect. The neighboorhood though is not as pretty or friendly as I thought. I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around at night specially being a woman. If you're on a budget this is one of the best options out there though for sure.

It was a nice stay in clean room. Everything was working and nothing broken Plenty of towels, great comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. It was nice to have a fresh cup of coffee in the morning in the lobby to start our day . Good price. Very happy with the stay . We will come back

A massive thank you to the staff at this hotel - they are exceptional! From start to finish, I had the most wonderful experience! Thank you also for providing a fridge in my room for my 5-night stay - meant the world! Room is a little cosy and a bit pricey, but extremely clean and has an incredible view of the GW bridge. Cleaners were wonderful too. Appreciated the list of restaurants nearby - helped in choosing cuisines to eat. A, C and 1 train is literally a 2 min walk (A train is way faster than the others, so I recommend taking that to midtown Manhattan and further). Thanks all.

The shower had only a curtain, no door, and the shower floor was level with the rest of the bathroom, spreading water on the floor. Met a couple asking for extra towels. Their shower had a door but water apparently leaked out.

Wow! Luis - thank you!

Exceptional service. Bed was comfortable, pillows were as well. A big thank you to Luis at the front desk who called and had a car ready for me at 3am without even me asking! I went down to order a taxi and the car had been ordered the night before. Such amazing customer service. I will definitely be back.

Great spot in The Heights.

Tucked right in the heart of Washington Heights, this hotel was a gem. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the customer service — every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and made me feel at home. If you’re looking for a place that’s both comfortable and convenient while exploring this vibrant part of NYC, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The Edge hotel is nice and a very limited market. The staff is very friendly, helpful and remembers guests names. It's within walking distance of Columbia Irvine but not within walking distance of nice restaurants so plan on driving.
