Wonderful place

The hotel looked amazing and the pool and casino! The staff was not very friendly even when speaking in Spanish . The room was nice but I had to speak to management several times about the soap , conditioner , and shampoo dispensers missing upon my arrival. I was Told bar soap was only an option at first which is ridiculous as the dispensers just needed to be replaced or filled up for the one I have . Management was ok but the actual workers from the casino restaraunt were not very pleasing to speak with . Great thing is security was all around the hotel ! Could be due to the legal prostitution but I felt Safe 24 hours around

The lobby área was good but the room was in need of an update. The fabric on the chair was nearly worn through. The wood furniture was badly scratched. The tile floor even had a gash in it. The air conditioner work initially but it was too cold. Then it stopped working altogether. No response from the staff. The elevator worked well but were very slow. Most of the electronic equipment in the gym was out of order. The Panamanian-style breakfast was good. The location was great, but there must be better properties to choose from.
