My stay was nothing short of amazing, room was superb, the staff was friendly, the hotel was located in the ideal spot and I want to thank the front desk clerk Javier he really made our stay so much more awesome; he was helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and all with a smile his service (11/10), Also our server Jeny was splendid she truly made our dining experiences memorable. Overall Novotel is a 10/10 for me and definitely will recommend to others.

First time in Panama and was happy with this hotel so much that I booked for 2 more days. Staff is good. Our room was larger than expected. Beds were comfortable and great pillows. Nice water pressure with hot water. Room service & housekeeping was excellent. I would recommend this hotel
