Room was ok, lacking in towels or face cloths. One hand towel. Two shower towels. Air conditioner did not work properly. And the pillows, well might have just slept without. Super thin . And no extras. So because it was clean is the reason for only good

The reception staff was excellent. They were always attentive to our needs. The gentleman who helped with Luggage and the door and our car service were also very hospitable. The cleaning staff of our room always served us with a big smile, and there were no issues in regards to the room whatsoever. Some people leave mixed reviews, but my review says it is a very economical hotel that will meet your needs when traveling, especially for immigration.

The staff at Coral Suites are their best asset! From doorman to reception to housekeeping, friendly and fantastic service was always at the forefront. I would rate Coral Suites a 5/5 but we stayed there three times in three different rooms and each one had an issue, always in the bathroom: leaking door, leaking toilet, shelf falling off, Molly or stained shower area. The rest of the rooms were all fantastic. They just could use a bit of upkeep on the bathrooms. Would stay here again for sure.

The room was nice with a kitchnette and basic utensils, microwave, fridge and everything was good. There are restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets within walkable distance and also it was a very safe area. I would highly recommend this hotel.
