The A/C in our room did not work at all, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken and hanging on for dear life. The sheets were filthy on one of the two beds. On the plus side, the front desk staff was great upon check-in. We did not use any of the other amenities during our stay.

Highly discouraged to stay there!

The front desk took a 100.00 deposit which was not mentioned till check-in. Okay fine all good till we saw the state of our room carpet. Our room was not as clean as many other major hotels we’ve been in. Also, there were so many urine stains on our carpet our service dog had no idea where to lay. When you laid on the bed you could feel the springs popping and they continued all night. The pillows, all different, were a mixture of everything, no two alike, all bad! The towels were so tiny and so hard it actually scratched my skin. However, the lobby was very nice but really quite dark. Overall… they will never see us again!
