Check in was pleasant. Front desk staff were polite, but personable. Rooms are a bit dated, but are spacious. Restaurant and sauna were not operating, which was a letdown. Our room was right beside the elevator, so sleep was difficult, despite decent mattresses. Due to inability to sleep, we requested a late checkout, which was granted, so we could sleep some before highway driving. NO communication of this to housekeeping staff, who entered our room four times - the first time was before the standard check out of 11am. Unfortunately, due to these ongoing interruptions, no sleep was had. This presents a hazard to us. It was very frustrating.

Somewhat of a let down

Bathroom was disappointing, breakfast was expensive, and check-in was slow despite doing the advanced check in. Other than that, it was ok. But, I probably won't be back.

The room was very spacious. We were comfortable and well looked after. Unfortunately the fridge froze our vegetables, and we only discovered how to lower the temperature after the fact on the rear of the fridge in a very unreachable location. We would have rated higher if there had been a breakfast offered.

The atrium is cute, would be better if plants were real though. Can't wait for the sushi place inside to be open. Easy to get Uber and Uber eats. Floors felt secure as after quiet time you needed a room key to access the floor. No snack machines but they did have a mini convenience area in the lobby.

Room was big and comfy to be in. The pool was a good temperature and nice and big. The front staff could be a little friendlier with smiling at the clients. Would be nice to have a directory in the elevator as to what flor parking is on and the pool/ gym. One more downside was the phones in the bedroom would not connect to the front desk. Little frustrating as my cell phone was almost dead and I didn’t have a charger but I needed to use it to call the hotel to talk to the front desk.

Rooms were very nice and clean, good value for room. Received a call at 2:30 am from the front desk saying that our room has been too loud and that the police would be called. All while it wasn’t our room, was the room above, and us being asleep the entire time. Would at the least prefer a knock on the door or somebody to talk with us before immediately threatening removal without confirmation. Place was still nice, and would stay again.
