Furniture looked old and worn down. Room key kept losing it’s ability to open the door so I would have to see the front desk everytime I left my room to get access again

Hotel was quite clean, good coffee in room. The room itself was a dump, very poor drywall repairs, poorly painted, broken trim, just overall very poorly presented. Not to the standard a hotel should be.

The whole experience. Pool was dirty, lobby and hallways had an awful smell. Overall the room was ok. But the most important part of the room which is the bathroom was not clean. Mirror had dust on it, sink had dried toothpaste in it and on top of the shower curtain was a dried up, dirty face cloth wrap in long black hair. Disappointed and disgusted.
