There a deep scars in the tub that are black, it looks like the border of the mirror has been lit on fire or melted in some way, the bed podiums have their faux leather flaking off, tears in the sheets, stained carpet, and there was toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived. I should have realized there was a train next door, but I had forgotten.

I wrote a letter to the company that owns this particular holiday in stressing how nice everyone was because I had to hang out in the lobby until my flight left at 8 PM. In the morning, I can’t remember her name now, walked across the street to the other Holiday Inn in the 0° weather and got me some toothpaste! That was amazing because it was so so so so cold and she went above and beyond !!!
