Hotel is dirty. In desperate need of renovations. Very dim lighting to hid all the carpet lifting and rolls or crack broken tiles in the door ways. Breakfast is the same every day no taste better going to McDonald’s to get food. Toilet plugged no staff working when they finally came to room with a plunger they just handed the plunger to us to fix the issue. Front desk staff always hiding in the back. You have to call out to get their attention. Will not stay here again.

They charge “extra person fee” for 3 people in a 4 people maximum room. When asked they blame it on Expedia, but if we pay the room at the time of booking on Expedia they asked us to pay the “extra person fee” at the property, so that means the hotel is charging the “extra person fee”. Their staff keep arguing with us and even the manager gave a “doesn’t make sense” answer. The room was spacious and the pool and hot tub was nice, but the staff’s attitude were horrible.

Property felt safe despite being in an industrial area. Staff were primarily friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast is a bit chaotic, you need passes and although I had the amount needed I had to explain myself several times, which was frustrating.
