Late night check in, received very rude and unhelpful service. Everything we asked was answered by "ask the morning staff", can we have a late check out time (we arrived late from a different time zone) " ask the morning staff" gave me a hard time about using a canadian passport for identification to check in,, "dont you have any regular ID?" Very unhelpful.

The hotel is actually on 44a where the address shows it on the street. It's well back and difficult to see. It's a Radisson and my confirmation shows Edmonton Hotel and Convention centre. Confusing when the address is not correct

Our room would have been amazing, however we were staying as a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. We arrived at the hotel about 7:30pm and discovered that we didn’t have bedding for our pull out sofa. We requested this from the front desk and it took about 40mins to arrive. They really should have proper bedding in the rooms already for the pull out, especially since it was noted in our reservation that it was 2 adults and 2 kids. Really annoying to have to chase that down! Better yet, have the pull out bed made a head of time (I’ve stayed at hotels that do this and it’s really nice). All we got was one blanket and one sheet, not even the 2 sheets they provide for the beds. Other than that stay was good.

Quiet hotel

So the hotel is failry nice probably the worst pillows ive ever seen in my entire life actually had to go and buy my own pillows they were so bad. Service wasn't the greatest but not horrible its not a busy hotel so thats nice. Worst thing about our room was the tv didnt work. Free breakfast is nice but dont expect to much. Room was nice and big and clean however.
