Fantastic location. Panoramic river view rooms were rather small. Cramped bathroom and room feel for top dollar. Noise from quayside club rather loud even on 14th floor. Problems with kettle in thd room swiftly addressed. Breakfast was substantial and staff friendly. Fantastic infinity pool.

Larger hotel but very quiet, great location for attending WACA or Optus Stadium, both easy walking distance. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable bed and a very good size. Staff were very friendly. We had breakfast onsite on two occasions and were disappointed. Limited food offering not cooked well. Only eggs available were overcooked scrambled eggs, no other option was available. Certainly not worth the $38 per head, better options nearby.

The most bizarre check in check out experience Ive ever had . With no staff in reception, having to check in at the local deli, it’s bizarre to say the least. If running a hotel with nobody on the front desk is the way of the future then I don’t want it.

Very well presented hotel. Food options were great and staff are super friendly. Only downside is that the staff only advised us upon checkout that the $100 deposit will take 5 to 10 business days to refund, that seems very excessive for a one night stay.

Clean room

Good location, with free buses nearby and easy walk to WACA and restaurants. Room was clean and a good size and breakfast was a reasonable price. Didn't have a car but free onsite parking would be a plus if I did.
