The service and staff were great. However, when we got the room the water container located there were already used. I called reception and they brought new water immediately.

This hotel didn’t quite live up to the great reviews. My bedsheet had a rip and multiple small holes which would have been very visible when fitting it. Shower water pressure was a bit low on both the 2nd and 5th floors. Our rooms (221 and 521) had virtually no natural light and 221 looked on to a brick wall. The hotel is at least 10-15 mins walk from the closest air bus set-down point on Aston Quay, although the return stop is closer. The restaurant charged us for an item we didn’t order. Luckily we noticed after paying and the excess was reimbursed. Reception staff were helpful and very good.

Though drinks were pricey & the facilities outside the bedroom were basic, the overall feel, look and service at this hotel are great. Friendly service and very clean.

I booked this hotel because of the location (close to the office). The hotel lobby, bar and restaurant area was generally busy, and looked good. The rooms are spacious, however, more effort could be used for cleaning.. personally didn't find it clean enough for my liking. The bed was a bit too soft for me as well. One thing to note, in my room, the sink was really low - some reason I was given an accessible room. Aside from that, I liked that water was supplied everyday. Pro tip - ask for slippers, will keep your feet clean.

The hotel is good. You can catch the bus just in front of the hotel, just a few meters down the road. The water dispenser is a very wise idea and shows the hotel management’s commitment to environmental issues. Breakfast is good, and the staff are dedicated. The room is very nice and tidy thanks to the staff’s hard work, but the only problem is that there is absolutely no soundproofing at all. The bathroom is nice, but the lights should be dimmable—at least one of the two lighting fixtures.

All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The hotel was great. Rooms were spotless and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was so nice we ate in the hotel for the 4 mornings we were staying there. Also very convenient for local amenities. Definitely recommend. Thanks to all the staff.
