Great house terrible communication with resort host company

"The place is beautiful clean and very nice! However the communication with the host company was a complete JOKE. Asked for early check in was told to call 24 hr prior to stay … I did … then she said to message back after 12 the day of check in …. I did waited for a response for an hr then was told ..."
