Excellent bed comfort. Excellent service.

Very friendly staff and awesome Outstanding breakfast, staff gave us water to use in our hike Very convenient for rail transportation.

Clean and comfortable, well situated for free bus into city (or 15 min walk). Only downside was Water temperature flowed hot and cold during shower.

Excellent location in proximity to Zürich HB, and a short walk down the river to Lake Zürich. Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar. The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone. They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe.

Crown was a great affordable option. In Zurich A little further out from the main city and lake but the tram is very easy to jump on and get around

Will definitely stay here again. Great room and amenities. The smart features are super handy. Only problem was the music from a nearby bar. But we thankfully fell asleep and had a great sleep.
