Having shuttle is already a pretty big thumbs up for me. Staff are prompt and knowledgeable, and being a gold member, I was able to get an upgrade and claim vouchers for welcom drinks. Mainz, a superb staff at front assisted me to make all that work flawlessly. Kudos to him! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was great 2 nights stay!

This is a hotel I regularly use at Frankfurt Airport and is my hotel of choice. The shuttle is free, operates every 20 minutes and serves both Terminal 1 and 2. Really good staff. Excellent speciality restaurant but only open Monday to Thursday evenings.

The airport shuttle was easy to find. Checkin was difficult, no direction given and entire process seemed like an inconvenience for the lady. I was woken several times during the night from other travellers arriving or leaving. Lock on door didnt work. Room cleaning commenced at 7am and was very noisy in the hall

A great choice at Frankfurt airport

A comfortable and convenient airport hotel stay. the kiosk check in and auto check out saved me time. The free airport shuttle provided quick transport to my terminal. My party enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. A great stay!
