This place is a trash. Is full of drug users, tons of people live there permanently with multiple children all in one room. Is not a safe place. Police when there a lot times

Uniquely awful

It took over 20 minutes for us to be helped at check-in and there were no other guests being checked in. Employee couldn't find our reservation because she was logged into the wrong location. She didn't know which rooms were clean & available and had to knock on doors to see if they were vacant. We had to wait 20 minutes for her to bring us keys and then our room was not stocked with towels. She told us she would bring us towels and another 20 minutes went by and nothing. We ended up having to get towels aftwr we got back which took over a half hour for them to bring them to us.

I rented a suite expecting it to be nice but it was far from that. The tub had paint in it, there was a dirty rag hanging from the shower rod when arrived. The ac was also off so the room was over 70 degrees upon arrival. Tiles were missing in the kitchen, the dishwasher was not operational. Cabinets were so sticky that there were hard to open. Tv in the bedroom did not have signal or work. Just overall not a very nice room. I believe that they could improve on this greatly

I feel like i was catfished. The hotel wasnt anything like the pictures. They must've used AI in the add. As we hot off the elevator, another person said she had dirty socks and toenail clippings on her floor. Parking lot was full of potholes. Front desk smelled like marijuana.

The room had tears in the couch, the chair for the desk was so worn out the material was flaking and falling off, and the entertainment center has water damage and was falling apart. The pool was fridged cold too! The did have a decent contential breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately.

The hotel was nice to lay head for one night. When we got to the room it had old stal smoke smell. You could hear kids running up and down the hall screaming. Pool was very very cold. On top of that there were kids in the pool throwing all of the life guard stuff in the pool. Very loud hotel. Only saving grace was the staff was absolutely awesome!

It was not good ,property did not have enough parking and breakfast was not fresh it was not good I saw people bringing in McDonald to eat!the people had no idea about anything around hotel restaurants stores etc . I would not recommend or stay there again.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness and general condition of the hotel. Staff were not friendly, and there was garbage on the floor of the lobby, breakfast area, and hotel room. We would not choose to stay here again.

Busted up pavement leading up to hotel and no sign on the building to identify it. When I arrived there were two other families who had been waiting ten minutes to check in. No staff at desk or anywhere to be found. When staff finally showed up things went well. Otherwise the hotel met Comfort standards.

Smelled of smoke and pot, defnately older and run down...the attempted paint job was very sloppy. Breakfast was gross and very limited, floors were sticky in main entrance...had to have the room ley reset multiple times as it just stopped working. I supposed the proce reflected all of this
