Washington Ski Resorts

Our third stay here. we even had to leave the hotel at 3:20 AM for our flight at 5:50 AM. The hotel gave us our little brown bag breakfast, which was perfect to take along: peach yogurt, small bagel, cream, cheese, and apple, and string cheese, and a nut bar. Everybody was right on time no problems we had a wake up call that arrived on time. I do wish they would put a nightlight in the bathroom. Otherwise, Very Good. Friendly. Helpful. We’ll be back.

Staff was excellent! We had a handicapped member in our group and the electricity was out (elevators not working, a city outage so definitely not their fault) for a few hours after check-in. Our parking was comped, staff offered to help get the handicapped person and luggage up to our room, and there were several staff members in the lobby answering questions. We had a great experience, and appreciated the reassurance and assistance from staff members. My mother in law liked it so much that she booked it again for another stat next month.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a downtown area within walking distance of a lot of attractions, and there are a lot of homeless people living nearby on the sidewalks. The room was very small, and our view was looking into the windows of apartment building next door. However, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Loved this place! We honeymooned here and had an excellent relaxed stay. We liked the hot tub at night! The hosts were very accommodating. Breakfast was intimate with great atmosphere. 10/10 will stay again!
